Most orders placed with TJ Medical on Monday-Friday by 3pm Central Time are shipped the same day.
ALASKA & HAWAII: UPS Ground charge is $19.95. UPS Second Day Air option may be available for $39.95.

A 3 Day Select shipped on a Friday would arrive on Wednesday.
A Next Day Air shipped on a Friday would arrive the following Monday.
